Battlegrounds India 4.1 Rolls Out: New Events, Gadgets, and Snow Map

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has just launched its newest version in India, bringing with it a winter-inspired theme, an upgraded A16 Royale Pass, better gameplay, and multiple seasonal events. The deployment of version 4.1 is a step-by-step process that allows some players to get the update earlier than the others. As soon as it is installed, the game prompts further in-game downloads that must be completed before the new content can be accessed.
To get the update, Android users just have to open the Google Play Store, search for Battlegrounds Mobile India and when version 4.1 becomes available, click on the update button. Server load might have an impact on the timing but, generally, most users get the update within a few hours.
Players using iOS can download the update from the App Store on their devices. If the update is not showing up right away, restarting the device or refreshing the app page usually helps. After the main update, the game downloads extra resources including maps, graphics, and skins before players can access new features.
The most significant part of this update is the winter-themed mode which transforms the battlegrounds into snowy terrains, puts up decorated buildings, and adds interactive seasonal elements. One of the new places to land is Penguin Town, it is full of good loot and attracts players for early skirmishes. To spice it up, players can try the new tactical devices that increase movement speed and are also able to temporarily overpower the opponent during the fight.
The A16 Royale Pass comes with new content and these are weapon skins, character outfits, emotes, and tiered rewards.
